Alex visited the team at Pentadel Project Management - a company HQ'd on the Prom - designing and managing the build of cutting-edge industrial facilities all over the UK and beyond.
They're currently working on Europe's largest vertical farm, as well as the UK's largest cheese facility and a new automated distribution centre for antiques.
Writing on Facebook, Alex said: "I'm so proud of the innovative businesses we have right here in Cheltenham and it was great to meet the team at Pentadel Project Management, including some of their engineering graduate recruits. Fantastic to see STEM jobs coming to Cheltenham!"
