Cheltenham Samaritans have marked their 60th anniversary by installing two new planters at Cheltenham Spa railway station.
The branch successfully applied for a £1,000 grant from Great Western Railway’s Station Adoption Fund - which is funded by the Government's Community Rail Fund - to add a touch of colour to the station.

"This is a wonderful initiative from the Samaritans and GWR, funded through the Government’s support for community rail. It recognises the important contribution that Cheltenham Samaritans has made over the last 60 years and provides a colourful and important reminder for anyone visiting the station that help is available.”
