Alex was pleased to be invited by the 1st Cheltenham Scout Group for an interview in Highbury Congregational church to help them to write a newspaper as they work towards their Media Relations badge.

Alex was delighted to nominate Graham Roberts and Gerry Oldham of Cheltenham Saracens FC for a Community Sports Champions reception at 10 Downing Street to recognise their efforts to create opportunities for youngsters in Cheltenham.

As part of his 'grot spot' campaign, Alex has pressed CBC and GCC  to address local eyesores including potholes, blocked drains and graffiti.

Alex was delighted to be invited to plant a tree at the Community Orchard planting day at Weavers Field just off Caernarvon Road. 

Alex supported Zigs Exercise's "Smoothie and a Movie” fundraiser for Emily's Gift which is raising money for a children's cancer psychologist for Gloucestershire NHS.

Alex was pleased to be invited to attend From the Ground Up's Sustainability Festival being hosted at Pip and Jim's.

Alex met with Pittville residents concerned about the closure of Central Cross Drive due to the works for the Cheltenham to Bishops Cleeve Cycleway. 

Alex has written to GCC to call for residents' safety concerns to be fully addressed.
